About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive enterprise revenue growth by creating new business opportunities and expanding existing key accounts. You will work across a portfolio of leading IT vendors to design, sell and deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on enterprise customers for multiple vendor portfolios.
  • Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities while growing share within strategic accounts.
  • Engage C-level and IT decision-makers to position integrated compute, storage and networking solutions.
  • Design complete solutions by combining vendor technologies into commercially viable offerings.
  • Lead multi-vendor projects from pre-sales through implementation, coordinating partners, pre-sales engineers and vendor teams.
  • Build and enable a high-performing partner ecosystem including VARs, system integrators and MSPs.
  • Collaborate on pricing, deal structuring and bid submissions with vendor and internal product teams.
  • Maintain pipeline, forecast accurately and manage long sales cycles.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or a related field.
  • 5+ years of enterprise business development or solution sales experience in IT distribution or infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to sell multi-vendor compute, storage and networking solutions.
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
  • Track record of developing new business, managing long sales cycles and closing complex deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and deal-structuring skills.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking).
  • Experience working with channel partners such as VARs, system integrators and MSPs.
