About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, nurturing leads, and building lasting client relationships. Working on‑site in Durban, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored technology and digital solutions that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential markets and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct outreach, present tailored solutions, and convert prospects into clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery.
• Manage client accounts, maintain long‑term relationships, and address inquiries.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Required profile

• Strong new‑business development and lead‑generation abilities.
• Solid understanding of business principles and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Account‑management experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in technology, digital services, or marketing sectors is advantageous.
• Proven B2B sales or business‑development track record.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
