Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new‑business sales for nCino’s cloud‑banking solutions. The role involves qualifying leads, delivering online and face‑to‑face demos, and closing deals while collaborating closely with the sales team to meet quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective nCino customers within assigned territories and market segments.
• Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close new business.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Build and promote the nCino brand presence in the region.
• Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and map them to nCino’s solution and the Salesforce.com platform.
• Coordinate with inside sales and customer‑success teams to ensure smooth hand‑over of closed deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software or solution sales, preferably within the financial services or SaaS sector.
• Strong track record of qualifying leads, presenting to corporate customers, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
