Building & Engineering Technician – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Building & Engineering Technician to join its property maintenance team. You will ensure that all building systems operate smoothly, support guest satisfaction, and uphold health and safety standards across the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Maintenance Assistants, leading by example.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond quickly to guest requests and resolve issues to exceed expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
