Brand Marketing Manager – Real Estate

About the role

A prominent real estate and property group is looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join its Pretoria‑based marketing team. Reporting to the CMO, you will lead brand campaigns, drive customer engagement and support the overall marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across digital, traditional and experiential channels.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity and support market positioning together with sales teams.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints and strengthen brand awareness.
• Plan, execute and optimise advertising and promotional campaigns, including content and social media.
• Assist with budgeting, track expenditure and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, suppliers and partners to achieve shared objectives.
• Support the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows and industry events.
• Stay up‑to‑date with marketing trends and propose new market segments and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within real estate, property or financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content marketing.
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, reporting and performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
