Brand Manager - RX

About the role

Dr Reddy's is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to drive sales growth and lift the brand image of its RX products in the country's branded markets. The role covers short- and long-term strategies, including product and digital initiatives, based on market research and in collaboration with key opinion leaders. It involves managing marketing budgets, following positioning strategies and complying with country regulations to grow market share and brand performance.

Key responsibilities

• Size opportunities in micro-segments, build engagement plans and customer decision journeys, set market share and prescription objectives, and develop brand and budget plans
• Build omni-channel promotion strategies, create promotional materials and content, test brand materials, and manage the annual budget and P&L
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), analyse market and competitor data, prepare business cases, and establish collaboration plans
• Define long-term portfolio goals, develop brand algorithms, and create financial forecasts
• Plan and monitor digital campaigns across channels, track web KPIs, and optimise promotional tools
• Support Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) by monitoring reports, discussing actions with sales leaders, and running root cause analysis for underperforming regions
• Coordinate press articles with scientific organisations, plan KOL participation in events, and train the sales force
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, report adverse events and product complaints, and meet monthly sales and profitability targets

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Science, Finance, Business Administration or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in a Brand Management role, with exposure to CNS, Gastro or CVD portfolios
• Business acumen and strong marketing capabilities
