Brand Manager: B2B Healthcare Services

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Brand Manager to lead B2B marketing for a Johannesburg‑based healthcare provider. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, focusing on brand visibility, market positioning and generating high‑quality leads that feed the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen brand visibility and positioning across targeted healthcare markets and sectors.
• Develop and execute strategies that build brand credibility and market reputation.
• Generate high‑quality B2B leads and contribute to growth of the sales pipeline.
• Improve campaign performance across digital and CRM channels, focusing on conversion and ROI.
• Position healthcare solutions and services effectively within target markets.
• Build stronger client engagement and support retention initiatives.
• Use data, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations to support shared commercial objectives.
• Manage digital, brand, CRM, PR, stakeholder engagement and campaign activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (preferred).
• 6‑7 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, healthcare, occupational health, corporate wellness or other regulated industries.
• Proven commercial marketing experience in lead generation, funnel optimisation, conversion and ROI measurement.
• Hands‑on experience across digital marketing, brand, CRM, PR, stakeholder engagement and campaign management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Strategic mindset with a bias toward execution and data‑driven decision making.
