Brand, Culture & Engagement Coordinator (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Brand, Culture & Engagement Coordinator to join a newly forming department. Working remotely on EST hours, you will help shape employee experience, internal brand presence and culture for a US‑based healthcare client.

Key responsibilities

• Identify gaps and opportunities in employee experience, brand perception and organisational culture, and propose actionable ideas.
• Own projects from concept through planning, execution, follow‑up and evaluation.
• Build genuine relationships with employees through regular check‑ins, engagement initiatives and retention activities.
• Develop and support employee‑focused programmes such as recognition, celebrations, appreciation events and internal campaigns.
• Support internal communications, ensuring messaging aligns with the company’s culture and brand.
• Review and audit public‑facing content on social media, websites and marketing channels for accuracy, tone and brand consistency.
• Identify and recommend improvements to how the organisation communicates with staff and external stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on schedule.
