About the role
The Icebolethu Group is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead its Port Shepstone financial services branch. This permanent position involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Retain and grow the client base through proactive relationship management.
- Supervise and manage daily branch operations, including risk management and documentation.
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set, monitor, and report on sales goals and promotional campaigns.
- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification; tertiary education in Business Management, Marketing or related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years experience in financial services, preferably with life assurance marketing.
- Clear ITC and criminal record.
- Own reliable transport and mobile phone.
- RE‑5 or RE‑1 qualification is an advantage.
