Bilingual Sales Ambassador (French/English) – Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for a confident, bilingual Sales Ambassador who can communicate fluently in French and English. The role involves delivering high‑quality customer and sales support across multiple channels for an international client operating from Sandton.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional service to customers and business partners via phone, email, chat, and video.
• Handle sales‑related enquiries and guide customers through their purchase journey.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems, including bookings and follow‑ups.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Offer personalized experiences while ensuring attention to detail.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team supporting international markets and varying time zones.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English at C1 level.
• At least 1 year of experience in a contact centre, customer service, sales support, or client‑facing role.
• Right to work in South Africa.
• Willingness to work full‑time on rotating day and night shifts, including weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or sales/customer management platforms.
• Comfortable using IT systems on a daily basis.

What we offer

• Basic salary of R25,096.79 per month.
• Transport allowance of R2,276.40.
