About the role
AnyVan is looking for a bilingual Customer Services Agent to support both UK and French customers across multiple channels. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers navigate moving services while delivering the high‑quality experience reflected in our Trustpilot rating.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and other digital inquiries from French‑ and English‑speaking customers.
- Resolve queries quickly, aiming for first‑time resolution and minimal wait times.
- Escalate complex or high‑risk issues promptly and keep all parties informed.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the appropriate systems.
- Meet team objectives and performance targets while supporting a high‑energy environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a call‑centre environment.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Experience dealing with both UK and French customers.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Comfortable working to targets and adapting to a fast‑paced shift schedule.
- Ability to commute to the office in the CBD.
