Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver the "Wow Factor" for guests.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and maximize overall satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and support departmental objectives.
• Maintain compliance with legislation, audit requirements, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with supervisors to achieve hotel initiatives and performance targets.

Required profile

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong personal integrity and ability to work in a high‑excellence environment.
• Creative problem‑solving and ownership of assigned duties.
• Effective communication skills and experience using IT systems.
