B2B Partnership Manager

About the role

Reach Summit, a training provider, is growing its team nationally and is looking for qualified Partnership Managers with a strong sales background. The role is based in Pretoria and involves selling the company's products and services to customers, representing them and turning leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company's products and services, using customer research and deep knowledge of how the solutions meet international customer needs.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets through sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Generate leads and build relationships by calling potential customers in identified countries and developing a territory action plan based on data analysis.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, make qualifying sales calls and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories.
• Conduct product demonstrations, handle objections and give presentations, including at networking events and trade shows.
• Prepare concise reports, proposals, booking packages and other documentation for executive-level presentations.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven success rate above sales quota preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently preferred.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
