B-BBEE Specialist – Client Compliance & Project Management

About the role

Labournet is seeking a B-BBEE Specialist to support its clients in achieving B-BBEE certification. You will generate, implement and monitor B-BBEE projects, providing expert advice and handling client expectations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure retention.
• Plan, execute and manage B‑BBEE projects to achieve compliance.
• Engage with clients and service providers throughout project lifecycles.
• Stay updated on industry legislation and client‑related developments.
• Address client queries, resolve concerns and drive proactive engagement.
• Prepare and deliver required reporting and documentation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in B‑BBEE consulting.
• Experience in B‑BBEE verification services is advantageous.
• Background in HR, finance, skills development or employment equity preferred.
• BA/BCom degree in Law, HR, Industrial Psychology, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Matric/NQF 4 qualification, valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
