About the role

Rola Holdings is creating a talent pool for future Automotive Technician Apprentice positions across its dealerships in the Western Cape. This entry‑level programme is designed for candidates who want to learn vehicle maintenance and repair under the guidance of qualified technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle servicing, basic inspections and routine maintenance tasks.
• Learn to diagnose faults and perform repairs using workshop tools safely.
• Complete job cards, maintain workshop records and keep the work area clean and organised.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and attend technical training sessions.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science (compulsory).
• Passion for the motor industry and good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a team, strong attention to detail and clear criminal record.
• Advantageous: Mechanical Technology (Automotive) as a school subject, computer literacy and a valid South African driver’s licence.
