Audit Senior (CA(SA)) – Remote for UK Clients

About the role

Streets is seeking a technically strong Audit Senior to join its UK Audit team while working remotely from South Africa. The successful candidate will lead audit and accounting assignments for a diverse portfolio of UK clients, collaborating closely with UK managers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, preparing and reviewing working papers in line with ISA.
• Identify audit risks, perform appropriate procedures, and produce audit reports, management letters, and completion documentation.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements under FRS 102, including year‑end accounts and trial balance reconciliations.
• Assist with group consolidations and ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and the Companies Act.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact throughout engagements.
• Review junior team members’ work, provide coaching, and share technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Qualified CA(SA) with completed SAICA articles.
• 1–3 years post‑qualification audit experience in a public practice.
• Proven ability to manage audit assignments from start to finish.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
