Assistant Restaurant Manager (Breakfast Service)

About the role

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager for Breakfast, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the most important meal of the day. You will ensure a smooth, vibrant and welcoming breakfast service, supporting the team on the floor and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, energetic and seamless breakfast experience for every guest.
• Engage with guests, handle feedback promptly and provide solutions with a calm attitude.
• Support daily breakfast operations, including setup, service flow, coordination with kitchen and bakery, and handover to the lunch team.
• Monitor revenue, covers, upselling opportunities, waste, and stock usage to drive profitability.
• Lead the floor during breakfast service, briefing and motivating the early‑shift team.
• Collaborate closely with culinary, bakery and front‑of‑house teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong presence on the floor with the ability to guide and motivate staff in real time.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Calm under pressure, detail‑oriented and able to maintain service flow during peak periods.
• Proactive attitude towards problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
