About the role
Dibber is seeking a dedicated Assistant to support its early childhood education mission. You will help create a positive learning environment for children, parents, and staff while representing the organisation’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Represent Dibber by maintaining clear communication with teachers, parents, and children.
- Uphold high standards of competence, follow set goals, and participate in ongoing development.
- Handle conflict resolution, address complaints, and contribute to organisational tasks.
- Propose activities to improve kindergarten enrollment and enhance customer experience.
- Foster a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset among colleagues.
- Ensure the kindergarten actively participates in the local community.
Required profile
- Education in pedagogy or teaching.
- Experience working in kindergartens or early childhood settings.
