Aspiring Financial Adviser – Springbok

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers in Springbok. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and help them achieve lifelong objectives through tailored advice and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customers' financial needs through consultative discussions.
• Provide sound, compliant financial advice and recommend appropriate products.
• Develop and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
• Build and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12, School Leaving Certificate, or equivalent.
• Willingness to work full‑time and adhere to Old Mutual’s Employment Equity Plan.
