Aspiring Financial Adviser – Multiple Locations

About the role

We are seeking self‑motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join Old Mutual as Aspiring Financial Advisers. In this entry‑level position you will support customers across Aliwal North, Theunissen, Ladybrand and Ficksburg, helping them define and achieve their long‑term financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify clients’ financial needs through consultative conversations.
• Provide sound, unbiased financial advice and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist in designing and implementing “fit‑for‑purpose” financial plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
• Contribute to building lasting customer relationships.

Required profile

• Completed NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑driven, dynamic and able to work independently.
• Willingness to adhere to Old Mutual’s Employment Equity Plan.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sales software tools.
