About the role
Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join its financial advisory team in De Aar. As an Aspiring Financial Adviser you will support customers in achieving their long‑term financial goals by identifying needs and recommending suitable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives and challenges.
- Provide clear, sound financial advice and propose tailored financial plans.
- Recommend and implement appropriate insurance and investment products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Contribute to the growth of the advisory portfolio through proactive prospecting.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, dynamic and customer‑focused.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for financial services.
- Education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12, School Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a regulated banking environment.
