Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives and challenges.
• Provide professional, consultative advice on suitable insurance and investment solutions.
• Develop and present customised financial plans that align with client goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Stay informed about market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Matriculation Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
