About the role
Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join its financial advisory team in Thohoyandou. As an Aspiring Financial Adviser you will help customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advice.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customers’ financial needs through consultative conversations.
- Provide sound, unbiased financial advice and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Design and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
- Build and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities.
- Education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12, School Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Commitment to uphold Old Mutual’s Employment Equity principles.
