About the role

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Foreman to lead crews and manage operations on road rehabilitation and maintenance projects across Gauteng and surrounding areas. The role involves supervising and coordinating all asphalt‑related activities on site, managing crew productivity, ensuring quality standards, operating equipment, and maintaining safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all asphalt‑related activities on site.
• Manage crew productivity and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Operate and oversee asphalt equipment and maintain safety protocols.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years experience running crews on road rehabilitation and maintenance projects.
• Extensive knowledge of asphalt equipment and operations.
• Proven track record in crew management and supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver’s licence; health and safety certifications are advantageous.
