Architectural Draftsperson – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our growing practice in Rustenburg. The role involves producing high‑quality construction documentation for residential and commercial projects, working closely with architects and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit.
• Prepare and submit municipal approval drawings.
• Develop working, detailing and technical documentation for various projects.
• Update drawings in response to design changes and client feedback.
• Coordinate drawing information with architects, consultants and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing records.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Proven track record on residential and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations and technical detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Required skills
