Costing & Contracts Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Costing & Contracts Manager to lead detailed costing, estimating and contract administration for steel fabrication and construction projects, primarily within the mining sector in Rustenburg.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed cost estimates for steel fabrication and construction works.
• Administer and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with FIDIC and NEC3 standards.
• Oversee commercial, contractual and cost‑management activities throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide expert contract management support, including negotiation and administration.
• Collaborate with project teams to align cost plans with operational requirements.

Required profile

• BSc Construction Management (preferred) or equivalent engineering degree/diploma, BSc Quantity Surveying, or PMP certification.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Additional advantage: MBA or Law degree.
• Bilingual with strong communication skills and ability to pass an Occupational Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Clear criminal record and professional, analytical, detail‑oriented approach.
