Analytics Engineer

About the role

Transform raw data into clean, structured, analytics‑ready datasets that support business reporting and decision‑making. This role bridges Data Engineering and Data Analytics, delivering trusted data for strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain analytics‑ready datasets.
• Design data models, including fact and dimension tables.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and transform data.
• Provide datasets for Power BI reporting.
• Ensure consistent business metrics and data definitions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data teams.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5‑8+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong SQL and data‑transformation expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI datasets and reporting.
• Proven data‑modelling experience (Kimball methodology, fact and dimension tables).
• Experience with Azure, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric platforms.
