Ambassadors Lead (Remote) – $30k-$60k/yr + equity

About the role

AIOS is looking for an Ambassadors Lead to own and scale its Bolt Pharmacy creator‑ambassador program. You will turn high‑quality creator content into massive viewership that drives new customer sign‑ups for the UK oral Wegovy campaign and other growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, coach and brief creators to become brand ambassadors.
• Maintain a high‑performing roster by cutting the bottom ~20% of under‑performers and replacing them with better fits.
• Design and execute flagship campaigns (e.g., Oral Wegovy pill, lower‑BMI demographic) to position Bolt as the UK’s top destination.
• Collaborate with creative leads to ensure all content complies with regulations while preserving authentic storytelling.
• Provide performance feedback to the creative team and iterate on organic content strategies.
• Drive a compounding, viral engine that aims to 10x 30‑day view counts (currently ~50 M views).

Required profile

• Proven experience managing influencer or creator‑ambassador programs.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to evaluate performance metrics and make roster decisions.
• Strong communication skills for briefing creators and coordinating with internal teams.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, founder‑led startup environment.
