Aftersales Operations Analyst

About the role

The Aftersales Operations Analyst will support Stellantis South Africa’s dealer network by maximising profitability through market analysis, pricing strategy and parts‑sales optimisation. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Pricing & Accessories and local aftersales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify profit opportunities via price benchmarking, margin analysis and parts‑sales penetration studies.
• Produce daily and monthly parts‑sales reports by brand, including top‑100 parts performance.
• Analyse wholesale opportunities and negotiate preferential pricing to boost parts sales.
• Collaborate with aftersales management to implement new pricing strategies (local, export, warranty).
• Assist in the creation, analysis and presentation of the parts department’s annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Price new parts, supersessions and model updates across operating systems, reviewing market information continuously.

Required profile

• Degree in commerce, economics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years experience in a similar automotive aftersales or pricing role.
• Strong analytical, financial and business judgment with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across functions.
