About the role

Jay Dental is looking for a poised, articulate Aesthetic Dental Receptionist to be the face of its luxury cosmetic dental practice. You will act as a brand ambassador and deliver a high-end concierge experience for patients seeking top-tier smile transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Luxury front-desk hospitality: welcome patients warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs smoothly, and keep the reception area pristine and boutique-style.
• Premium scheduling: optimise the practice calendar to balance high-value cosmetic consultations with daily treatments, keeping patient wait times at zero.
• Treatment and fee coordination: answer initial questions about cosmetic services such as veneers, whitening and aligners, present fee structures and process payments.
• Administration: manage patient records and communications with strict confidentiality and absolute precision.

Required profile

• Polished, professional appearance with a warm, charismatic manner.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 1-2 years of reception experience in a high-end setting (cosmetic dentistry, medical spa, luxury hospitality or premium dermatology).
