About the role
Old Mutual is seeking an Advancing Financial Adviser to join its Rustenburg team. The role focuses on delivering consultative financial advice, building strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of the bank’s financial advisory portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consultative selling and strategic financial advice to clients.
- Identify customer needs, evaluate information and propose suitable solutions.
- Manage customer feedback and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
- Qualify prospects, uncover sales opportunities and maintain accurate sales data.
- Strengthen customer relationships through effective communication and follow‑up.
