Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Flow Navigation Centre (Bank)

About the role

This bank position offers experienced Band 7 Advanced Nurse Practitioners or Advanced Clinical Practitioners the chance to work in the Flow Navigation Centre (FNC). You will deliver autonomous clinical assessments, make timely decisions, and manage patient flow in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform safe, independent clinical assessments and decision‑making.
• Manage patient navigation and escalation to ensure efficient flow.
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to support service delivery.
• Contribute positively to the FNC’s performance with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Current NMC or HCPC registration.
• Proven experience as a Band 7 ANP/ACP within a Flow Navigation Centre.
• Flexibility to work on an as‑and‑when basis.
• Confidence and ability to operate autonomously in a high‑pace setting.
