About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within a radio communications warehouse in Cape Town. The role ensures smooth office functions, assists customers, handles finance‑related paperwork and acts as the Safety, Health & Environment representative.
Key responsibilities
- Manage general office administration, including correspondence, filing and record keeping.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to process purchase orders, invoices, creditors and debtors.
- Prepare and maintain reports for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support stock‑take activities, including occasional after‑hours work.
- Serve as the SHE representative, ensuring compliance with South African regulations.
- Maintain supplier registrations on South African government platforms.
Required profile
- Proven experience in general administration and office support.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience handling financial documentation such as purchase orders, invoicing and creditor/debtor management.
- Willingness to assist with stock takes outside normal hours.
- Knowledge of Safety, Health & Environment responsibilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- PDF editing capabilities.
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems; SYSPRO is advantageous.
