About the role
Join Planet Fitness as a Receptionist and be the first point of contact for members. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, handle inquiries, and ensure the front desk runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Assist members with queries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain an organized and secure reception area.
- Ensure a positive first impression for every member entering the facility.
Required profile
- Basic PC literacy and ability to use standard office software.
- High energy level and ability to work flexible shift patterns.
- Previous front‑desk or welcome‑desk experience is an advantage.
- Reliable personal transport for commuting.
