About the role

We are seeking a tech‑savvy Personal Assistant to become the backbone of our executive team in Epping, Cape Town. You will streamline workflows, support daily operations, and ensure the executive office runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate communication records.
  • Handle incoming communications and route them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Assist with project tracking and follow‑up on action items.
