About the role

The Accounts Assistant will support the Financial Administrator by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with cost allocations. This position is essential for keeping site‑related financial data up‑to‑date and supporting procurement activities.

Key responsibilities

Update periodic maintenance reports and journal entries.
Ensure correct cost allocations and compliance with financial policies.
Compile supply‑chain reports and follow up on related queries.
Track and follow up on outstanding site deliveries.
Analyse monthly site tender and contract registers.
Assist with the preparation of site procurement plans as required.
Generate order deletion reports for orders past their delivery period.

Required profile

Ability to work closely with the Financial Administrator.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Good organisational skills to manage multiple reports and follow‑ups.
