Account Manager – Enterprise Technology Solutions

About the role

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager to develop and grow relationships within a portfolio of enterprise clients, drive managed services revenue, and ensure successful delivery of tailored technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships within a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Identify and convert new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Drive managed services and recurring revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Conduct client needs analysis and position tailored technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage complex sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (tertiary qualification advantageous).
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise account management or technology sales.
• Proven experience selling managed services into enterprise environments.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience engaging with IT and operational stakeholders.
• Strong account planning, pipeline management, and CRM experience.
• Consultative and value‑based sales approach.
