Account Manager – Client Success (US Market)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager focused on client success to serve our US‑based portfolio of premium customers. You will be the main point of contact, building strong relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring a high‑quality experience for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Lead onboarding calls and regular strategy meetings.
• Translate client goals to internal marketing, creative, video, web, and advertising teams.
• Coordinate project delivery to ensure timely completion.
• Provide proactive updates and follow‑up on outstanding tasks.
• Review deliverables for quality before client delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve results and grow accounts.
• Manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain CRM and project‑management tools up to date.
• Monitor campaign performance and communicate results in clear, non‑technical language.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Account Manager, Client Success or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Professional and polished when interacting with high‑value clients.
• Outstanding organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
