Account Manager – Client Relations & Project Coordination

About the role

The Account Manager will oversee client relationships and coordinate multimedia and creative projects from brief to final delivery. The role blends strong communication, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness to meet client needs and drive project success.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Interpret client briefs and translate them into clear directives for creative, design, and production teams.
• Coordinate projects across multimedia, video, animation, and digital teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and feedback loops, ensuring revisions are accurately communicated.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose additional services.

Required profile

• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Advertising, Media or Project Management is advantageous.
• Proven experience in account management, client services or project management, preferably within a creative, advertising or digital environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously from brief to delivery.
• Basic understanding of paid media principles and platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management platforms.
• Basic knowledge of paid media platforms.
