Account Developer

About the role

As an Account Developer you will join the Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa sales team, managing a defined territory and driving growth for our portfolio of international and local beverage brands. The role is designed as a fast‑track pathway to become a future sales leader, offering hands‑on experience and exposure to digital sales tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a sales territory, building relationships with existing and new customers.
• Execute frontline sales activities, ensuring product availability and optimal shelf placement.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase volume and revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform tactical decisions.
