360 Account Manager / Recruiter

About the role

The 360 Account Manager / Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from generating new business to placing candidates and providing post‑placement support. Based in Centurion, you will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and match them with top talent while meeting sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, conducting regular review meetings and workforce planning sessions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple industries, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating offers.
• Develop and nurture a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates, promoting employer branding on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and CRM, prepare activity reports and sales forecasts, and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
