2027 Learnership Programme - Property Industry

About the role

Redefine Properties offers a one-year learnership combining structured workplace training, mentoring and practical experience in the property industry. Learners work with specialists in Property Management, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Marketing and other functional areas. The programme includes workshops, seminars, assigned tasks and team projects and leads to a Further Education and Training Certificate in Business Administration at NQF Level 4.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in structured on-the-job training and mentoring with specialist professionals.
• Participate in workshops and seminars.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve collective goals.

Required profile

• South African citizen between 18 and 25 years old.
• Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
• Post-matric undergraduate diploma or degree; entry-level.
• No tertiary studies or formal employment planned for 2027.
• No previous learnerships completed.
• Willing to reside in Johannesburg for the duration of the programme.
• No criminal record.
