2027 Graduate - Facilities Management (Industrial) - Sandton

About the role

Growthpoint Properties, South Africa's largest JSE-listed REIT, is recruiting a 2027 graduate for its Facilities Management (Industrial) programme based in Sandton, Johannesburg. The programme is a 12-month experience with real responsibilities and impactful projects across the company's property portfolio, with exposure to different teams and off-site operations. Graduates attend a role-specific learnership and are mentored by a Senior Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (NQF 7) in construction, building science or civil engineering, or another qualification aligned to the property and built environment sectors.
• Analytical mind, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Deadline-driven, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work occasionally after hours or on weekends.

Required skills

• Confidence with digital tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
