UHT Filling Line Maintenance Technician

About the role

Clover Gqeberha is looking for a qualified Technician with proven Tetra Pak experience to maintain the reliability of dedicated UHT filling lines. The role involves supporting multiple filling lines, performing fault‑finding, conducting root‑cause analysis and following maintenance schedules, while working closely with both maintenance and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high reliability of allocated UHT filling lines, monitoring performance and addressing any deviations promptly.
• Support additional filling lines as needed, providing technical assistance to maintain overall plant productivity.
• Conduct fault‑finding and root‑cause analysis on equipment failures, identifying underlying issues to implement effective corrective actions.
• Follow and execute maintenance schedules and services, performing both preventive and corrective tasks in accordance with established procedures.
• Communicate clearly with maintenance and production teams, sharing findings, updates and recommendations to facilitate coordinated actions.

Required profile

• Qualified technician with demonstrable experience on Tetra Pak machinery.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
