Telephony Systems Trainer (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Telephony Systems Trainer to join on a six‑month contract in Johannesburg. The role involves delivering training on telephony platforms to call‑centre teams, customizing material to client needs, and supporting adoption during and after implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver telephony systems training to call‑centre staff.
• Customize training materials to align with specific business requirements.
• Provide process training and ongoing support throughout implementation.
• Facilitate post‑implementation training and drive successful system adoption.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Relevant industry qualification or accreditation (e.g., IISA).
• 5‑7 years experience in banking or financial services.
• 1‑2 years experience in Learning & Development (design, facilitation, evaluation).
• Strong understanding of contact‑centre processes, SLAs, quality and workforce management.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NiCE telephony systems (beneficial).
• Report writing experience.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
