Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team supporting a diverse portfolio of US‑based clients. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with people, solving problems proactively, and delivering a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfil customer requests.
• Perform data entry across multiple platforms and handle routine administrative tasks.
• Work according to United States business hours.

Required profile

• Fluent English (or Afrikaans) with a clear accent.
• 1‑5 years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience and comfort with a sales‑oriented approach.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multitask, organise and prioritize work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
