About the role
We are looking for a Telephony Systems Trainer to join on a six‑month contract in Johannesburg. The role involves delivering training on telephony platforms to call‑centre teams, customizing material to client needs, and supporting adoption during and after implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver telephony systems training to call‑centre staff.
- Customize training materials to align with specific business requirements.
- Provide process training and ongoing support throughout implementation.
- Facilitate post‑implementation training and drive successful system adoption.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Relevant industry qualification or accreditation (e.g., IISA).
- 5‑7 years experience in banking or financial services.
- 1‑2 years experience in Learning & Development (design, facilitation, evaluation).
- Strong understanding of contact‑centre processes, SLAs, quality and workforce management.
Required skills
- Knowledge of NiCE telephony systems (beneficial).
- Report writing experience.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
