About the role

The position combines deep technical knowledge of ATM and cash recycler products with project management, data analysis and product‑performance expertise. It is aimed at candidates with strong backgrounds in either ATM/recycler support or mechatronics engineering.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain expert knowledge of ATM and cash recycler technology.
Lead R&D work streams, coordinate projects with internal teams and international OEM engineers.
Analyse machine data, errors, failures and product‑performance trends, creating dashboards for uptime and reliability.
Conduct root‑cause investigations, coordinate product testing and validation, and manage technical issues across hardware, software and firmware.

Required profile

Strong experience in ATM/recycler support or mechatronics engineering, including product development and reliability analysis.
Proven ability to work with complex electromechanical equipment and to engage with OEM technical teams.
Experience in technical documentation, knowledge transfer and training of service teams.
