Skin Therapist – 4‑Month Contract (Woolworths Hemingways)

About the role

Dermalogica South Africa is seeking qualified skin therapists to join the Woolworths Hemingways store for a four‑month contract. The role combines hands‑on skin treatments with retail sales, acting as a brand ambassador and helping customers become Dermalogica devotees.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all treatments and concept procedures according to Dermalogica standards.
• Own monthly sales targets and track daily goals.
• Conduct detailed consultations and Face Mapping for each new client, updating records in the POS system.
• Assist customers with retail purchases and follow up via phone or email regarding treatment results.
• Participate in store activities such as meetings, workshops, inventory, order unpacking, and sales promotions.
• Maintain a professional treatment area, including stocking shelves, cleaning the skin bar and product pool, and replenishing products.

Required profile

• Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 with a minimum of two years full‑time experience.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for retail and a proven sales track record.
• Confidence engaging with customers and self‑motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous Dermalogica experience is an advantage.
