Sales Development Representative - Renewable Energy

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house roles at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. As a Sales Development Representative in renewable energy, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving outreach, educating prospects on the platform's value and running the early stages of the sales cycle. The role is full-time and fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50 high-quality cold and warm calls each day to pre-qualified lead lists.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
• Run live screen-share sessions to give platform walkthroughs and product education.
• Manage and close low-value sales opportunities directly so onboarding runs smoothly.
• Maintain activity logs and lead updates in the CRM.
• Align outreach with UK office hours to engage the core market.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development or outbound B2B sales.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar, clean tech, sustainability, utilities, energy consulting or adjacent fields is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calling.
• Comfortable working during UK business hours (GMT/BST).

• Ability to lead technical demonstrations and screen-share sessions.
• Discipline to hit daily activity targets consistently.
